1) 280,000 gals discharged for one week starting 1200 Tuesday July 16, 20022) Equal amounts discharged on the surface from 2 outfalls ST 28 (84” outfall) and CSO 17 (54” outfall).3) Initial fecal coliform concentration assumed to be 1,000,000 colonies/100ml.4) Sun light intensity equal to 30-year daily mean in the Seattle area and averaged light extinction coefficient in the Inlet.
